Then the finishing touch on this bar nook was to add the open wood shelves. I’ve been in love with this Joanna Gaines signature look of the open shelves and knew I wanted to incorporate them somehow! We added some small lighting along the lower edge so it would not be noticeable to people but give a nice night light glow for ambiance. Oh an we bought a mattress for the bed!
