The month of December was full of so much coziness it makes me want to curl up with a blanket and candle right now!!!…but I don’t think I’d be able to go back to work and be productive! Ha ha!

This is our second year putting the Christmas tree downstairs, and we love that it forces us to use our basement more — and that’s where the best couch is located anyway! We can all five fit on the sectional to snuggle up and watch Christmas movies together while the twinkle of the tree catches the corner of our eyes.

As the story goes and continues through this quarantine, we tried our hand at a few new things this month including the girls making paper bag snowflakes that were absolutely beautiful! And just recently came down. And a few new recipes with The Baked Lab’s virtual cooking classes that the girls have been loving including a delicious pound cake they made. Target sucked us in and we bought plaid pajamas for Milo, decorated the school room with some Christmas cheer! And George our Elf on the Shelf had some fun too! There’s a few pictures in here from Christmas morning and the girls in their new PBR hats. We had a wonderful holiday season together and are forever grateful for our extra time together this year.
